Volunteer Programme

Making a better informed, more sensitive, and less discriminatory and stigmatized society

Volunteering is at the heart of Sneha Care Home’s programmes.  We use it to sensitise the community and make people become catalysts of change. By engaging volunteers, we aim to create a better informed and a non-discriminatory society where CLHIV can experience a safe and happy life.

Who can volunteer?

Anyone interested in the areas of education, skill development, life skills, sports and mentoring can join our growing volunteer community. If you have a passion and interest to repay for the blessings you have received in your life please write to snehacarehome@gmail.com

Seven  reasons to volunteer!

When you volunteer with Sneha Care Home, you receive as much as you give. You:

1. Engage in positive social change in the behaviour and outlook of children from vulnerable background.

2. Experience personal satisfaction and a sense of purpose.

3. Become sensitive to and aware of the critical issues children and youth living with HIV confront.

4. Build project management abilities, organising skills, team-skills and leadership qualities.

5. Meet and interact with people from all walks of life who share a common purpose.

6. Enhance your educational and career prospects.

7. Have loads of fun; bring out your childhood memories.
